Creating a Two Column Podcast / Documentary Script

Steps

• Create a SCENE HEADING
  • This will create a scene heading and a horizontal line between sections
• Create a CHARACTER
  • Title is NARRATOR
  • This is the main person’s voice we will hear
• Create DIALOG
  • Write the narration for the narrator to read
• Create a SHOT
  • Use shot to reference the sound clip you will be using
  • Describe what sound will be playing
  • Describe how long it will be playing
  • Describe how it will fade in and/or out and/or will it duck under the narration
