Steps

• Click on File > drag down to and select File Manager
• Select Collect Files and Copy to New Location
• Deselect Exclude Unused Clips
  • Unless you have used all the files you want in the sequence
    • This might be much later in the project development
• Select Destination Path
  • Recommend the desktop
• Click the Calculate button to see the projected file size
• Click OK

• Save a copy of the whole project in the Shared Folder on your Mac or the Class Folder on the Newton Server Folder for your team

• Remember it take a while to copy files especially during the day when thousands of students are online
