Being in a different time zone is very interesting. I don’t know about you but when I am traveling with a big difference in time, I like to make a chart like the one above. Helps keep the days and times lined up. Notice how I used yellow to signify morning and blue to signify night. I would have placed a gradient to better represent the afternoon transitioning to night and early morning being darker and transitioning into morning sunlight, but I didn’t have the time. Also, how I added the military time on the side for added visual context and reference. I made this in Microsoft Excel and then took a screenshot of it.
